Job Title: Automation Engineer 

Job duties: 

Collaborates closely with other engineers, customers, manufacturing partners and prototype partners to create the automated Smart Kitchens of the Future; responsible for mechanical design and machine software of the Company's automation equipment; designs, models, and details mechanical assemblies and parts in SolidWorks; adds and updates items and Bills of Materials (BOMs); designs according to the Company's standards with cost and serviceability in mind; ensures to meet internal and external customer expectations for quality, lead time, and budget; performs maintenance and researches on equipment in the field; develops machine level software in Python, C++, C; utilizes SolidWorks and 3D printing efficiently to reduce cycle time for development. 

Must have a Master’s degree in Engineering-Robotics or Control & Automation Engineering. 

Must have completed college level courses in the following: 

1) Control of Robotic Systems; 

2) Perception of autonomous robots; and 

3) Software Development for robotics.
